Susan Gagnon APRN, PMHNP-BC
Owner and Founder

Susan has worked in both acute care medical settings and psychiatric settings for nearly 30 yrs. She spent several years working as an RN at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, before returning to school for an advanced practice psychiatric specialization. She attended Northeastern University and received her Baccalaureate degree as well as a Master's degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing. Susan is board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and also holds board certification as a Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist. She has extensive experience working with adults with a variety of mental health conditions and medical issues. She is experienced treating ADHD, Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Co-occurring Substance Use Disorders, and working with the LGBTQIA+ community. Her background also includes working on inpatient psychiatric units, community health centers, and group private practice.

Sophia Lewis APRN, PMHNP-BC

Sophia is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in the evaluation and treatment of adults. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the MGH Institute of Health Professions and completed a postgraduate psychiatric fellowship through the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Sophia worked as a registered nurse at McLean Hospital, where she provided inpatient psychiatric care across both acute and trauma-focused treatment settings. Her clinical experience also includes community health and private practice settings, where she has treated individuals with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, ADHD, trauma-related conditions, mood disorders, and other psychiatric concerns. Sophia takes a collaborative and patient-centered approach to treatment, working closely with individuals to develop personalized treatment plans that may include medication management, psychoeducation, and practical coping strategies. She values creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and actively participating in treatment decisions.
